OUR FOUNDERS
The idea of developing a licensing and analytics solution did not emerge out of the blue. After experiencing firsthand the shortcoming and limitations of an in-house licensing solution in their previous product management and CTO roles, our founders Ilias and Markus decided to develop a modern, cloud-based licensing & analytics solution.
Dr. Ilias Michalarias
FOUNDER & CEO
During the past 20 years, Ilias has been involved in almost all aspects of business intelligence and software engineering: academical, operational, consulting and managerial. Having held product management positions for both established and startup software vendors, he is firsthand familiar with the industry major challenges. He strongly believes that the key to successful products are innovative technology, creative people and reliable data.
Ilias holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the Freie Universität Berlin.
Markus Sümmchen
FOUNDER & CTO
With more than 20 years of experience, Markus is almost a veteran in the area of B2B software solutions. He is currently the CEO and founder of white duck, a software engineering company with focus on Cloud Computing, IoT und Analytics. In the past he was the CTO of the business intelligence provider Cubeware. He spends most of his time designing modern cloud and SaaS business solutions, or serving as an advisor of digitalization projects.
