The allocation of license seats is determined by the specific license type, as outlined below:

  • Named device licenses: 1 token = 1 license seat
  • Floating device licenses: 1 token = 3 license seats (3x factor)
  • Named users licenses: 1 user = 1 license seat
  • Floating user licenses: 1 user 3 license seats (3x factor)

Only active (non-expired) licenses are counted toward the total number of license seats, irrespective of license type.

Currently, only wire transfers are accepted.

No, there are absolutely no fees for setup and during the evaluation.

In case you need more than 60-days to complete your evaluation, just contact us.

By default:

  • if you are in the Basic or Silver Edition, then you need to upgrade to the next edition.
