7 months after the release of SLASCONE 3.1, we proudly announce the general availability of SLASCONE 4.0. This release’s focus has been the enhancement of our analytics engine, enabling you to get even more granular insights about the usage of your software.
Usage Analytics
Usage Modules: Modules introduce an additional usage analysis dimension. While usage features typically represent high-level functionality, usage modules represent technical content, such as a code class, function or module.
Two new dashboards visualize the usage of features and modules. You can now monitor the usage of each feature and module in real time, and quickly identify the underlying customers/installations.
Analytical Fields
Analytical fields have been numerical or alphanumerical. In order to facilitate visualization and data quality of boolean fields, a boolean type has been introduced.
You can now navigate from the analytical field chart, into the underlying licenses. In this way you can quickly identify all customers/installations with a specific value, just as from the software version and operating system chart.
Customer Dashboard
The customer dashboard has been redesigned in order to provide a more intuitive experience, especially for support engineers. Noncompliance is a central element of the redesigned experience.
Calendar Control
The calendar control has been extended with the following options: Today, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Current month, Current year.
Email Templates and SMTP
Sending a license to a customer has become even easier. The entire content of the email can be customized, using parameter values.
You can now set up your own SMTP connection, in order to set the sender of administrative emails, e.g., welcome email, registration notification email.
