We are excited to share that SLASCONE 9.0 is now generally available: with fresh features and smart improvements to make license management smoother, faster, and more secure than ever. Ready to see what’s new?:
- Software Shipment
- SLASCONE now lets you deliver software setup files (like MSI or EXE) directly through your existing license heartbeat flow with no extra API calls needed. During each heartbeat check, the client is automatically notified if a software update is available. If permitted by the license, SLASCONE surfaces the latest version, complete with download link, version details, and any release notes or custom properties you’ve defined.

- Session Management
- You can now close all active sessions of a specific license with a single action! This gives (customer) administrators an easy way to clean up licenses or start fresh which is especially useful when debugging session issues.
- Session duration: The active sessions view now shows how long each session has been running, making it easier to spot outliers and unusually long sessions.
- Suspension
- We introduce the ability to suspend an installation, allowing (customer) administrators to prevent non-compliant behavior or ensure that suspended installations do not occupy floating tokens.
